Hi and welcome to my Internet for Educators website. This website focuses on NETS-T standards and Internet resources for teachers. Employing NETS-T standards in our current curriculum is essential for educators in providing relevant 21st century learning experiences. Many free resources online can greatly enhance learning in the classroom when integrated effectively. Finding, evaluating, and staying up-to-date on these resources is key to utulizing Internet resources. 

      As a graduate student at Western Oregon University, in the MSED Information Technology program, I have had the privaledge to learn and use the NETS-T standards in order to create online learning environments. As a substitute teacher, I have also gained first-hand experience with the need for K-12 students to utilize technology and learn about the importance of digital citizenship.
